the room was very spacious and neat. it did not feel claustrophobic like many other hotels. staff were supportive and provided great service. i did appreciate the inclusion of a washing machine in the room, it was a great convenience.

i hope they pay better attention to these details.

I appreciated the nice room service. The breakfast options was good. The pool area included good features. I wished a parasol was available for shade when it's hot. I enjoyed a very nice massage .

The air freshener scent in the hotel entrance proved strong.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues

unfriendly staff

The staff at the pool wasn't very friendly. A disappointment. Breakfast had very few options, and the food didn't look appetizing. I found the coffee tasted horrible because they use powder milk.
